Course Fees

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed according to institutional policies.
• Administrative charges may be deducted where applicable.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Admission confirmed and classes commenced.
• Incorrect information provided by the applicant.
• Failure to attend classes.
• Voluntary withdrawal without valid reason.

Cancellation by Institution

If AMAN GROUP OF INDIA cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, eligible students may receive a refund or be offered admission to another available course.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 15–30 working days through the original payment method or bank transfer.

Payment Gateway Charges

Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, or bank transaction charges may be non-refundable.
